Payment
Prices include use of the whole apartment. including three bedrooms
(two double bed rooms, one bunk bed room/ office, two living rooms,
large terrace and well equipped spacious kitchen/diner with dining
table and chairs. A trundle bed and cot is available. There is
one en-suite bathroom WC, and one family bathroom with
double vanity sinks, bath and WC. The apartment is baby-safe and
non smoking. Ashtrays are available on the terrace.
Bookings may start and finish on any day of the week. (minimum
stay is usually three nights). Standard arrival and departures
times are as follows.
Arrival after 13 :00 hrs and before 20 :00 hrs
Departure after 11 :00 hours
When possible these are flexible.

Current Rental Rates
There are three rate categories, nightly, weekly and monthly.
These vary according to the time of year.
There are no hidden extras. These rates include Wifi, heating
and all taxes and utilities, and cleaning at the end of the let.
A full set of bedding, linen and towels is included.
These rates exclude the security deposit of 200 Euros against
breakages, damage and losses (eg of keys). This is required before
arrival and returned on departure.
